What: Speed Networking Event

Where: Greenwich Med Spa

When: Monday, March 24 6:30pm-8:30pm

Traditional networking events often leave attendees overwhelmed in a sea of unfamiliar faces, hoping for meaningful connections that may or may not happen. Speed Networking LLC was created to change that. Since 2023, the organization has been curating high-impact networking events designed specifically for female entrepreneurs, ensuring that every interaction has the potential to help a business grow.

Unlike typical mix-and-mingle events, Speed Networking uses a proprietary questionnaire and matching process to pair attendees with others who may align with their business goals. This approach helps participants not just meet people- it aims to help them meet the right people. During each event, attendees engage in structured, 10-minute conversations with multiple pre-matched entrepreneurs, maximizing the value of every connection.

Beyond networking, Speed Networking LLC is deeply committed to community support and female empowerment. The organization partners with local nonprofits that uplift women and girls, ensuring that each event has a meaningful impact beyond business. Additionally, every event is powered by female-owned businesses, from venue sponsors to food vendors and curated swag bag contributors.

Their esteemed reputation for effective networking has led to collaborations with other organizations seeking to enhance their own networking experiences. From partnerships with groups hosting traditional networking events to notable keynote speakers looking to maximize engagement at their events, Speed Networking LLC has become a sought-after partner for those who recognize the value of structured, purposeful networking.

The organization was founded by Kymberly Robinson, Esq and Dr. Elina Skripochnik, PT, DPT, two entrepreneurs who personally experienced the frustration of unproductive networking events and saw an opportunity to create something more impactful. Kym, a corporate attorney, provides legal guidance to help businesses navigate formation, contracts, employment matters, intellectual property protection, and compliance issues, ensuring they are set up for growth, protection, and expansion. Through her work, she saw firsthand how crucial strong professional connections are for business success. Elina, a pediatric physical therapist, has built a thriving community for new mothers, helping them connect through playgroups, tummy time classes, and sensory-based learning experiences. Her work showed her the power of meaningful connections in fostering both personal and professional growth. Recognizing the need for intentional, strategic networking, they combined their expertise to develop an efficient, engaging, and empowering way for female entrepreneurs to build relationships that drive success. By providing strategic, meaningful connections, Speed Networking LLC has quickly become a go-to resource for female entrepreneurs looking to expand their networks, collaborate, and grow their businesses in a way that feels intentional and impactful.

A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Girls With Impact a non-profit organization in Greenwich, CT. building the nextgen of women leaders.
