☕️🥐 AN EXCLUSIVE FIRST LOOK @theosgeneral in Wilton! ☕️🥐

What started as weekends up from Long Island City while planning their wedding in Ridgefield turned into something much bigger. In 2023, Jacob Fisher and Casey Romaine fell for a 1774 home in Wilton, full of history, charm, and in need of real restoration. Jake brought it back to life himself, and somewhere between renovation days and realizing they were expecting their son

Theo, the idea for the store they personally wished existed in Wilton became clear.

@theosgeneral was born from that gap: a place for thoughtfully sourced food, coffee, and home goods—without leaving town. From handmade Japanese miso, yuzu kosho, and single-origin Mexican masa harina, to daily fresh bread and pastries from Fatto a Mano. Vietnamese-sourced coffee inspired by their travels, roasted by Caphe Roasters. Homeware and objects from East Fork Pottery, Bow Glassworks, Hasami Porcelain, and books for the kitchen, garden, and home from Phaidon.

A small general store, rooted in place, built for everyday beauty.

If ever a dream space existed for us here at @theconnecticutedit, @theosgeneral is it. Welcome to Wilton!
