Founded by two brothers after caring for their grandmother through dementia, Endurance Homecare brings a personal, tech-forward and deeply human approach to helping families navigate the unknowns of aging.

If we had to be honest about what’s topical in our chats lately, it’s aging parents. The love, the concern, the care and a bit too much of the unknown for most people’s liking.

It’s a topic we’re exploring openly here, because we know we’re not alone. It felt right to begin this discussion on national Senior Health and Fitness Day.

When we discovered Endurance Homecare, founded right here in Fairfield County by two brothers, Chris Weldon (Greenwich) and Tom Weldon (New Canaan), after caring for their grandmother through dementia, it gave us pause and the pull to share with you which is what we love to do.

The Weldon brothers saw the gaps. They built something better. Partnering with industry veteran Andrew Schwartz, they launched what they call “White Glove Wellness,” and in just over a year it’s grown 30x with 500+ elite care professionals and a waitlist of 5,000+ applicants they’ve whittled down to only the top 10%.

What we can’t stop thinking about: their AI-powered 24/7 monitoring that catches health changes before they become emergencies. For anyone in the sandwich generation, raising kids while caring for aging parents, that’s everything.

Concierge service. Memory care. 24/7 live-in support. And a Connecticut family-business heart at the center of all of it.

What sets Endurance apart?

• The AI Safety Net: They’ve integrated a 24/7 tech-forward approach that catches health changes before they become emergencies.

• Care for the Caregiver: By prioritizing their team, they’ve attracted over 5,000 applicants this year, allowing them to hire only the top 10%.

• Concierge Service: Moving beyond the constraints of insurance, they provide a high-touch, boutique experience for families in the Gold Coast, Westchester, and now NJ.

From memory care to 24/7 live-in support, they are bridging the gap between human empathy and modern innovation.

This one’s for all of us navigating the unknown.
